When 17 years old, Sophia initiated BEING in the reThink Service Fellowship with the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and LYFEhouse. Based on her experience with dependency on external validation, and what she observed from friends and family, she decided to cultivate a community where young women could collectively affirm their inner worth.
